Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive to manage the registration and licensing services for our Free Zone. Key responsibilities include:
• Verifying and validating documents to ensure compliance with FATF/AML regulations.
• Managing registration and amendment requests, ensuring timely processing and documentation.
• Coordinating with internal teams and external agencies for efficient service delivery.
• Engaging with clients to resolve inquiries and maintain excellent customer relations.
• Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to enhance system functionality and user experience.
Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of regulatory compliance standards.
